AI tools and automations for businesses.

What you do by hand again and again happens by itself. An enquiry from your site goes into the CRM and gets a reply on WhatsApp, a chat that knows your business answers even at night, and a follow-up email goes out on time. We plan it, build it and connect it all to the systems you already have.

What you get, and how it's priced.

Redix Digital builds AI tools and automations for businesses: lead and CRM automations, an AI chatbot and agent that answer on your site, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, custom CRM systems and email systems. Every project starts by mapping the process, is tested on real enquiries and questions before it goes live, and comes with a recorded training session and a month of support. Prices start at $500 for clients outside Israel, and the timeline is set in the quote. The monthly usage costs, like the AI model and WhatsApp messages, are paid directly to the providers, and the accounts are in your name.

What can run by itself?

Anything in your business that repeats every day. Here are examples from each area. Each one can stand alone or connect to the others.

Sales and leads

  • A first reply to every lead

TodayThe enquiry waits until someone is free.

AutomatedAnyone who leaves details on your site, Facebook or Instagram gets a WhatsApp message right away, and the enquiry is logged in the CRM.

  • A quote from the form

TodayCopying details into a template and working out the numbers by hand.

AutomatedThe details from the form become a draft quote, and you just check it and send it.

  • Following up on leads who went quiet

TodayA lead is forgotten after one call.

AutomatedAnyone who hasn't replied after two days gets a gentle message, and you get a reminder to call.

Customer service

  • Repeat questions

TodayAnswering the same questions every day.

AutomatedA chat that knows your business answers on your site and WhatsApp, even at night, and passes on to you whatever needs you.

  • A reminder before an appointment

TodayCalling to remind people, or the customer forgets.

AutomatedA day before the appointment a reminder goes out with an option to confirm or reschedule, and the calendar updates.

  • Asking for a Google review

    TodayForgetting to ask.

AutomatedA few days after the service, the customer gets a message with a direct link to write a review.

Finance and operations

  • Invoices and payment reminders

TodayIssuing invoices by hand and chasing payments.

AutomatedAn invoice goes out after every payment, and anyone who hasn't paid on time gets a polite reminder.

  • Forms that assign tasks

TodayA form lands in the inbox, and someone has to pass it on.

AutomatedEvery form goes into the CRM or a spreadsheet, and a task opens for the right team member.

  • A weekly report by email

    TodayCollecting numbers from several systems.

AutomatedEvery Monday an email arrives with the enquiries, the sales and where they came from.

Marketing and email

  • A welcome for new subscribers

TodayPeople who sign up never hear from you.

AutomatedA few emails that introduce your business and lead to a meeting or a purchase.

  • Abandoned carts in your store

TodayShoppers who leave products in the cart disappear.

AutomatedA few hours later, a reminder email goes out with the products they chose.

  • Birthdays and past customers

    TodayNo time to remember.

AutomatedOn their birthday a greeting with a perk goes out, and a customer who hasn't been back in a few months gets a message.

From a message at night to a client in the morning.

An automated process is made of five parts: a chat that answers right away, an appointment booked inside the conversation, a CRM where every enquiry is saved, a summary waiting for you in the morning, and a follow-up email that goes out on time. Michal is looking for a pilates studio and sends a message at ten at night (a made-up business). Here's how her enquiry goes from the first question to signing up, and what we build for you at each step.

  1. 22:40

Michal asks on WhatsApp, and gets an answer right away

How much is a trial class, and are there evening classes? The chat answers from the studio's prices and hours, in natural language, and asks what suits her. Nobody at the studio has to reply at ten at night.

    • We teach the chat your business content
    • We connect it to WhatsApp, your site and Instagram
  2. 22:42

Michal books a trial class inside the chat

The chat offers her the free times in the studio's calendar, and she picks Thursday at 19:00. It asks for her name and phone number, the class goes into the calendar, and Michal gets a confirmation.

    • We connect the chat to your business calendar
    • We set when it hands over to a person
  3. Right then

Michal's enquiry goes into the CRM

With her name, her phone number, where she came from and a summary of the conversation, at the "Trial booked" stage. No enquiry is left sitting in a chat nobody read.

    • Building a CRM for your business, or connecting the CRM you already have
    • Every enquiry is saved with a summary
  4. 07:30

In the morning, a summary is waiting for you

One WhatsApp message: three new enquiries from the night, and Michal booked a trial class for Thursday at 19:00. The day before the class she gets a reminder, automatically.

    • A morning summary on WhatsApp or by email
    • An automatic reminder before the appointment
  5. After the class

    Michal gets a follow-up email

Thanks for coming, the class schedule and the price of a class pass. If a few days go by and she still hasn't signed up, one reminder email goes out, in the studio's design.

    • An automated email sequence
    • In your business's design

Each part here can be built on its own or together with the others. A project starts at $500 for clients outside Israel.

  3. Build and test

We build it, connect the systems, and run the process on real enquiries and questions until it works the way it should.

  4. Live

The timeline is set in the quote, based on the size of the project.

What worries people before bringing AI into your business.

How much do AI automations cost?

The price depends on the number of processes, the systems that connect and the channels. Here is the starting price.

An automation or an AI chatbot, with planning, testing and a month of support

From$500for clients outside Israel

What affects the price: The number of processes and the steps in each, how many systems connect, which channels the chat answers on, an existing CRM or building one for your business, and the number of emails in a sequence.

You pay in three stages

  1. The planning meeting: $80, once you've approved the quote. It comes off the price.
  2. When you approve the process.
  3. When it all works and is live.

What's included in every project.

Where does the chat answer?

You can start with one channel and add others later.

Dear Roei,
I wanted to say a big thank you.
For the journey, for the calm, and for the fact that I could simply trust you with my eyes closed.

From the first moment I felt someone was holding the whole process with professionalism, precision and full responsibility, without confusion, without overload, without me having to deal with things that shouldn't be on me.

Everything flowed. It was clear, organized and, above all, pleasant.
The website you created for me came out stunning and precise, far beyond what I imagined.

Thank you for listening, for getting into the small details, and for the real feeling that there's someone to count on.
With deep appreciation 💙

Questions about automations and AI.

How much does an automation or a chatbot cost?

A project starts at $500 for clients outside Israel, with the planning of the process, testing before launch, a recorded training session and a month of support. The final price depends on the number of processes, the systems that connect and the channels, and it's set in the quote after the intro call. The monthly usage costs are paid directly to the providers.

What's the difference between an automation and an AI chatbot?

An automation is a chain of actions that runs by itself after something happens: a lead comes in, it's added to the CRM, gets a WhatsApp message and enters an email sequence. An AI chatbot holds a conversation: it answers questions in plain language, collects details, and passes the people who are ready to move forward on to you. In most businesses the two work together.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. One automation takes less time than a whole CRM. The timeline is set on the intro call and written into the quote, before we start.

Where can the chat answer?

On your site, on your business WhatsApp, and in direct messages on Instagram and Facebook. You can start with one channel and add others later.

Can the chat book appointments?

Yes. We connect it to your business calendar, and it offers the customer the free times, books the appointment and sends a confirmation. A day before the appointment, an automatic reminder can go out.

Which languages does the chat answer in?

In natural English or Hebrew, or in whatever language the customer writes in.

How does the chat know what to say?

From your business content, which you approve: services, prices, hours, service areas, policies and common questions. When something changes, you update the information yourself, and we'll show you how in the training. You can also ask us to do it.

Which tools do you work with?

Whatever suits the business. For automations, for example n8n or Make. For the AI model, for example ChatGPT or Claude. And we connect the systems you already use, like a CRM, a calendar, an invoicing system or an email platform.

Can it connect to the systems I already have?

In most cases, yes. Most of the systems businesses work with can be connected, and on the intro call we'll check exactly what we can connect for you.

What does it cost each month after launch?

The AI model, the WhatsApp messages and the automation platform's subscription are paid directly to the providers, based on usage. In the quote we'll write an estimate of the monthly cost based on your number of enquiries. Monthly maintenance with us is optional.

What about my customers' privacy?

The information only moves between the systems you work with, and the accounts are in your name. As part of the project, before the chat asks for details, it shows the customer a short notice about the information it collects and why, with a link to the privacy policy. We update the privacy policy on your site to describe the chat and the providers the information goes to. Marketing messages, like a birthday perk or an abandoned cart reminder, go only to people who agreed to get them, and every message has a way to opt out.

What is the planning meeting, and why is it paid?

It's the first step once you've approved the quote. In the meeting we map the process: what happens today, what will run by itself and which systems connect. It costs $80, which comes off the price. Cancel up to 48 hours before the meeting and you get it back.

Who owns the accounts and the processes?

You do. The accounts with the providers are opened in your name, and once the project is paid in full, the processes we built are yours.

What happens after launch?

A month of support for fixes and questions, and a recorded training session. After that you can stay with us for monthly maintenance, or get in touch when you need something.

So, what do you say, shall we start?

A short intro call, free and with no commitment. Tell us what repeats itself in your business, and you'll get a quote and a timeline.
