What will it cost in the end?
The price is set in a quote after the intro call, before any work starts, and what's written there is what you pay. Every addition is priced in advance and goes in only with your approval, and the build is listed in the quote separately from monthly hosting.
I'm not technical. Will I manage the store?
Yes. The store comes with an easy admin panel, and at the end of the project there's a recorded training session: how to add a product, change a price, create a coupon and see your orders. And if something doesn't work out, you talk directly to Roei.
I have a lot of products.
We upload your first 20 products for you, and they're included in the price. In the training you'll learn to add a product yourself, so you can upload the rest at your own pace. Rather have us do it? We'll upload all the rest too, at a price set in advance in the quote.
And what about payment security?
The payment goes through a payment provider, such as Stripe or PayPal, or Tranzila, iCredit and PayMe in Israel, so your customers' card details are never stored in the store. And our Premium and Gold hosting plans add daily backups, updates and security monitoring.
Shipping and invoices are a headache.
That's why they're part of the store. We set up shipping zones, rates and self-pickup, and the invoice goes to the customer automatically after every order. You just pack and ship.
