Important update: This privacy policy was updated to meet the requirements of Amendment 13 to Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and took effect on the date shown below.
The site owner, Roei David (Redix Digital, hereafter: "the site", "I"), respects your privacy and is committed to acting with full transparency and in line with the law, including Amendment 13 to Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereafter: "the law"). This policy explains how I collect, use, keep, share and protect your information, and what all your rights are.
This policy is the English version of the Hebrew policy, which is the binding one.

2. The information collected and how it's collected
I collect information in two ways: information you give me knowingly, and information collected automatically. I use it only for the purposes set out in section 3.
2.1. Information you give me knowingly: This is personal information you give me directly, among other things when you fill in a contact form, sign up for a service, make a purchase or write to me. It includes:
- Personal details: full name.
- Contact details: email address and phone number.
- Payment details: credit card or other payment details (these are handled by secure external payment providers and aren't kept by me in full).
- Other details: any other information you choose to give me in an enquiry, a request or an order.
- Website privacy check: when you use the website privacy check, the address you typed, the results of the check, your name and phone number, and your email address if you gave it, are sent to me by email through an external email provider. I use them only to get back to you about the check, and they aren't added to any mailing list.
2.2. Information collected automatically (digital identifiers): Like most sites, I collect technical, anonymous information while you use the site, such as:
- IP address: a unique identifier of your device on the network.
- Browsing data: your browser and operating system, the pages you viewed, time spent on the site, clicks and movement on the page.
- Cookies and other online identifiers: full details are in section 6.
- Location data: if enabled in your device or browser settings.
2.3. Sensitive information: I don't knowingly collect sensitive information (such as medical or genetic information, political opinions or religion), unless you give it explicitly, knowingly and with full consent.
3. Why the information is processed
I use your personal information only for these purposes:
- Providing the services you asked for: including building websites, technical support and selling digital products.
- Direct contact: answering your enquiry or handling your request.
- Improving the user experience: analyzing statistics to improve how the site and services work.
- Updates and marketing: sending updates, offers and marketing information, only if you've given explicit consent to it.
- Business and legal management: running business and accounting processes and meeting legal requirements.
- Information security: keeping information secure and preventing fraud.
If I want to use your information for any other purpose, I'll ask for your explicit consent.
4. Passing information to third parties
Your information won't be passed to any third party for marketing without your consent, except in these cases:
- Service providers: passing information to external service providers (such as hosting, payments, email or analytics) needed to run the site and its infrastructure. These providers are bound to keep the information confidential.
- Legal requirements: if required by a court order or by an authorized body.
- Legal proceedings: in a legal dispute between you and the site.
- Organizational change: in a sale, merger or transfer of the business, provided the receiving party adopts this policy.
5. Automated processing and artificial intelligence
I may use data analysis, profiling or artificial intelligence tools to:
- Analyze how the site is used.
- Improve service processes.
You may object to this automated processing by writing to the email address given in section 1.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
The site doesn't use cookies today, nor any tracking or advertising tool. It keeps in your browser only the accessibility and read-aloud settings you chose, what you entered in the calculator, a mark that you've already seen the WhatsApp message, and your choice in the cookie banner, for a year.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It stores no cookies and doesn't identify visitors.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If I add a measurement or marketing tool, it will run only after you allow it, and I'll update this section.
7. How long information is kept
I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, and as the law requires:
- Information for marketing: up to 3 years from your last contact, unless you've explicitly agreed to a longer period.
- Information for accounting or contractual purposes: for the retention period the law requires (usually 7 years).
- Technical information (logs): up to 12 months, unless required otherwise for security or legal reasons.
- Anonymous, aggregated information: may be kept without a time limit.
- Recordings of consultation and mentoring calls on Zoom: kept indefinitely as a private YouTube video that only people with the link can watch, so you can go back to them. I send the link only to you. If you don't want the call recorded, tell me before the call.
8. Your rights as data subjects
These are your rights regarding your information. Some are set by law, such as seeing your information and asking to correct it, and the rest I give beyond what the law requires:
- Right of access: to get a copy of the personal information kept about you.
- Right to correction: to ask to correct wrong or outdated information.
- Right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"): to demand that your personal information be deleted.
- Right to object to processing: especially processing for direct marketing or profiling.
- Right to data portability: to get your information in a machine-readable format and ask for it to be moved to another body.
- Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw, at any time, any consent you gave me to process your information.
To use these rights, send a written request to: [email protected]. I'll answer your request within 30 days, as the law requires.
9. Information security
I apply advanced technological and organizational security measures, including encryption (SSL), access controls, monitoring and intrusion protection. Even so, the security of information sent over the internet can never be fully guaranteed. Using the site and sending information are your sole responsibility.
- The site is secured with an SSL certificate.
- Information is stored on a secure cloud server with daily backups.
- Some information passes through and is kept by service providers abroad, such as hosting and email services, who are bound to keep it confidential.
- I take advanced protective measures, but complete security can't be guaranteed.
10. Minors' privacy
The site isn't intended for, or aimed at, minors under 18. If I find that information about a minor was collected without a parent's or guardian's consent, it will be deleted as soon as possible.
11. Changes to this policy
I reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. If there's a material change in how personal information is used, I'll post a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The revised policy takes effect when it's published.
12. Questions and complaints
If you have questions or concerns about how your personal information is processed, or if you think your privacy has been harmed, write to me directly at: [email protected]. I'll look into your request and handle it as the law requires.
