Planning
Once you've approved the quote, we meet for a planning session about the business, the audience and the goal. In it we build the site on paper: a sitemap and what goes on each page.
Design
A design for every page, on desktop and phone, with two revision rounds. The first line of code is written only after you approve.
Development
We build in a private development environment, with a live preview link. You see the site take shape the whole way.
Live
Testing, connecting Search Console and Analytics, and launch. Then a month of close support and a recorded training session on the content management system.
Most projects take up to 21 business days. The pace also depends on the materials and feedback we get from you.

What will it cost in the end?
The price is set in a quote after the intro call, before any work starts, and what's written there is what you pay. Every addition is priced in advance and goes in only with your approval. The build is listed in the quote separately from monthly hosting.
What if the project stalls?
The timeline is set in our very first conversation, and you get a link to watch the site while it's being built. You pay in three stages, so payment moves forward together with the work.
Will the site be mine?
Yes. Once it's paid in full, the site belongs to you, and the domain is bought in your name. You choose the hosting, and we recommend hosting with us: daily backups, updates and a direct answer when you need one. You get a content management system and training.
Will the site bring in clients?
A site brings in enquiries when Google finds it and visitors quickly understand what the business offers. That's why every site includes technical SEO basics: speed, a proper heading structure, structured data for Google, and Search Console and Analytics connected so you can see where visitors come from. Full organic SEO, with keyword research and content, can be added.
And if I don't like the design?
There are two revision rounds, and you approve every page before we start building. The decision is always yours, and we'll tell you honestly what will work better and why.
I don't have text or photos.
You can start anyway. You send what you have, and if photos are missing we use licensed stock images. We build the content together: you know the business, and we know what works on a website. Full copywriting can be added to the quote.
