Redix Digital hosts and cares for WordPress sites of businesses, including sites we didn't build, and more than 70 client sites are already in our hosting and care. There are three monthly plans. Redix Standard, at $16, is hosting on a fast server with a CDN and immediate help, within support hours, if the site goes down or is hacked. Redix Premium, at $29, adds system and plugin updates, a full daily backup kept for 7 days, daily security monitoring and speed tuning. Redix Gold, at $39, adds image compression and a technical SEO check. Prices are per month, for clients outside Israel. Every plan includes an SSL certificate, an Elementor Pro licence and business mailboxes; the price is fixed, the move to us is free with no downtime, and you can stop at any time.

Not included: uploading content and writing articles, changes to the site's content, design or structure, and buying the domain, which the site owner does. All of these are available separately, with a quote.
How to pay: The "Order" button opens WhatsApp with the plan you chose, and Roei sends you the way to pay.

Which sites do we host?
WordPress
Any WordPress site, including one someone else built. We move it to us free.
Elementor
A site built with Elementor gets an Elementor Pro licence, as long as the hosting is active.
WooCommerce stores
A store built on WordPress moves to us like any site, with its products, orders and customers.
Sites on closed platforms, like Wix or Shopify, stay there, because they can't be moved to another server.
What worries people before you move your hosting.
What if the site goes down during the move?
The move is done with no downtime. We copy the site to our server, check that everything works, and only then point the domain to it. Until then the site keeps running at your current host, and the move is free.
Who answers when something goes down?
Roei, directly, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. If the site goes down or is hacked, we handle it at once within support hours, and outside them as soon as they start. Any other fault gets an answer within 24 hours at most.
Will the price go up after a year?
No. The agreed price doesn't go up as long as you stay on the same plan without a break. An upgrade to another plan or an extra service is priced separately, only with your agreement.
What if I want to leave?
You can stop at any time, by email, WhatsApp, phone or registered post. The recurring charge is cancelled at once, the service runs until the end of the period you paid for, and before the site comes off the server we send you a full backup of it.
I don't know anything about hosting.
You don't need to. You never log into the server or touch a setting. When you have a question, write to Roei and get an answer in plain words.
Why not cheap hosting from a hosting company?
A hosting company gives you a server and a support desk. The updates, checking they don't break the site, and fixing it when something breaks usually stay with you. With us, someone knows your site and looks after it, and you talk to them directly.

How long are backups kept?
On Premium and Gold the site is backed up every day, and backups are kept for 7 days. Backups are there to restore the site after a fault, so we recommend keeping a backup of your own too.
Are SSL and business email included?
Yes, in every plan. The site opens over https, and you get mailboxes on your own domain.
What about the Elementor Pro licence?
As long as the hosting is active, it's included at no extra cost. When the hosting ends, you can keep buying it through us or directly from Elementor.
When are you available?
By email, WhatsApp or phone, Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 15:00 (Israel time). If the site goes down or is hacked, we handle it at once within support hours, and outside them as soon as they start. Hours may change on holidays.
What isn't included in hosting?

Does the domain move to you?
No. The domain is bought by the site's owner and stays in your name. We only point it to our server.

Send a message by email, WhatsApp, phone or registered post. The recurring charge is cancelled at once and we send you a confirmation; the service runs until the end of the period you paid for. There's no refund for a period the site was already hosted. Before the site comes off the server, we send you a full backup of it.
What if a payment doesn't go through?
We send you a notice. If the payment isn't settled within 7 days, the site is frozen. If it isn't settled within 14 days of the freeze, the site may be removed from the server, and before that we send you a link to download a full backup.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Write to Roei, and from the next charge you pay by the new plan.
